Tendal Blanco Albillo / White Albillo
This variety of grapes is cultivated in the northern part of the island, from the coast to high elevations. Because of the Atlantic microclimate in which these grapes are developed, the resulting wines are yellow, with a waxy and brilliant tone, very elegant floral aroma. It is considered one of the best aromatic varieties, almost lost because of the difficulties associated with its cultivation. Its rounded taste fills the mouth with different sensations, well balanced, it usually reaches a good grade, slightly acid, totally dry, with an aftertaste that resembles its floral and velvet aroma.

Tendal Blanco Jóven / Young White
Elaborated with Listan Blanco and Albillo varieties, cultivated in the northern part of La Palma Island, between 300 and 1700 m. of altitude. With this combination of grape varieties, we make white wines of pale and waxy yellowish color. These wines are very aromatic, with flowers and slightly but persistent ripe fruit aroma, smooth and well balanced taste with an aromatic and persistent aftertaste.

Tendal Blanco Tradición / Tradition White
Made with the Listan Blanco variety following traditional methods of soaking before fermentation. Bright yellow color and primary aromas typical of this variety together with dry fruits aroma.

Tendal Tinto Roble / Oak red
Made with Prieto and Negramol varieties, from different years, normally stored for more than two years. Aged in oak barrels for sufficient time to give it a well cured woody aroma, without losing the original form, vanilla flavored, with toasted and roasted tones.

Tendal Tinto Selección / Red Selection
Made mainly with the Prieto variety, cultivated in the northwestern part of the island between 900 and 1700 m of altitude, in Tijarafe ,Puntagorda and Garafia; of low yield, but quite resistant to harsh weather conditions. Grapes are harvested in November, following a special elaboration based on cold fermentation, the wines produced are young, with an intensive red color and violet tones, ripe forest fruits aroma, with a toasty touch, and rounded pleasant taste of sweet tannins.

Tendal Tinto Tradición / Tradition Red
Made with the Negramol variety, which is cultivated in near 50% of the vineyards in the island. A wine of traditional elaboration, intense brilliant red color, fruity aroma with a delicate touch of minerals and herbs, evolving in the second year a bouquet of toasted bread and dry fruits, with a light and well structured flavor.
